Sun. May 27 – Spit Roast with Col Noble

A full-time career entertainer, Col Noble draws on a wealth of experience from his work and travels in Australia and overseas, including nine years in North America and six years in South East Asia.

Currently based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, he has appeared consistently in the best resort hotels, restaurants, cafes, taverns, and clubs from the Great Barrier Reef to the Banana Coast. From the hazy days of 1975 as Noosa’s first professional solo musician to today, he continues to draw praise from management and audiences of all varieties for his professional manner, individual style and distinctive voice.

An accomplished guitarist, he plays acoustic/electric, six, 12-string, classical and Fender Strat guitars and keyboards. Approximately 1000 self-composed midi backing sequences have been skillfully customized to give an individual, yet recognizable rendition of his expansive repertoire.


The Apollonian’s famous spit roast is always a favourite. Popular with locals and visitors alike. A wood fired spit-roast is prepared in our rustic bush kitchen. Large platters of salad, hot potatoes and damper complete this popular meal … be sure to book early for this unique dining experience.
