Sat. Jul. 7 – Spit Roast with Hell For Leather

Hell For Leather is a new bluegrass outfit based on the Sunshine Coast rising out of the many jam sessions in South East Queensland.

It features passionate bluegrass players such as Terry Cook on banjo, Neil Murray vocal and guitar, Jarod Butler guitar picker, Terry Contini vocal and mandolin and Bunjie Nichols on the double bass.

The band plays traditional bluegrass tunes together with popular tunes which have been given a bluegrass feel in keeping with their policy of ‘BLUEGRASS RULES’.

The Apollonian’s famous spit roast is always a favourite. Popular with locals and visitors alike. A wood fired spit-roast is prepared in our rustic bush kitchen. Large platters of salad, hot potatoes and damper complete this popular meal … be sure to book early for this unique dining experience.
